Peter Engler is a senior executive career consultant focused on helping college graduates, executives contemplating transition, and retirees considering their life choices better identify their true interests and identify specific and actionable “next steps”.
Peter provides the design and delivery of career transition and development programs tailored to the background and needs of each of his clients who come from a broad range of lifestyles and industries. One of his primary coaching “tools” is the Birkman Method (http://www.birkman.com) which is invaluable in accessing an individual’s true interests, needs and goals in both their personal and professional lives.
Peter has over twenty-five years of senior marketing management experience at major New York City and San Francisco companies. He led marketing program development and execution for numerous companies including Citibank, Foote Cone & Belding, Ampex, Saatchi and JWalter Thompson. He has managed advertising accounts for companies including S.C. Johnson, Clorox, Armour-Dial, Sony, Sprint and Dreyers Ice Cream.
In 1997, he joined the leading Bay Area senior executive retained search firm, Wilkinson & Ives, as a partner focused on senior search engagements for consumer products, consumer technology and financial services firms. In recent years, Peter has also worked with Right Management Consultants and Drake Beam Morin, both top career transition firms, helping senior executives plan and enhance their careers. He is also a Select Coach for NetShare, a career management website. His expertise as a knowledgeable coach of men and women ranging from college graduates to top corporate executives to individuals preparing for retirement is well-established.

Monika Zands is an executive business consultant, communications specialist and skilled negotiator serving college graduates, and business executives who are looking for new directions in their career or in their life.
Monika uses an array of practical and experiential processes to support her clients in finding focus, balance, and a zest for their life and clarity in the choices they make. She engages her clients in thought-provoking inquiries, inspiring them to look at things in ways they never have before.
Monika was a certified coach of “The Game”, a 90-day program about habitually stretching beyond known limits, bringing focus and action to challenges, transitions, and new initiatives. She coached over 70 The Game “players” who were trained to create challenges that stretched them beyond their prior behavior mode and comfort zone, effectively blocking the all-too-familiar “path of least resistance”.
Monika is thorough in her evaluation of obstacles that may or may not be apparent to her clients, and holds a high level of accountability and integrity with every interaction. Her team clients reported near-term and longer-term success in achieving the challenging goals they set at the outset of the program.
A graduate of UCLA, Monika is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology at the University of Santa Monica and will complete her studies in August of 2009.

Residing in Los Angeles, Monika is a wife, a mother and a tri-athlete. As such, she understands the importance of setting goals, reaching them and then re-setting and re-achieving objectives within a well-planned and resourced program.
