Three Important Assessments to Gain Personal Insights:
- General Assessment to begin to clarify your objectives
- Review employment and related background, success/disappointments, reasons for job moves, ideal work environments, best.worst jobs, etc.
- Begin to Identify near-term and longer-term goals
- Conduct the Birkman Assessment
- Learn your true interests, professional/personal needs and potential stress behaviors; jobs people have who are like you; coaching direction; modules on your best selling and best negotiating situations, and much more.
3. Conduct "Crossing Your Rubicon" Assessment
- Evaluate all of your resources (financial, health, family, spiritual, social, educational, geographic, etc) to ensure that "your Army" is fully prepared to "cross your Rubicon" and successfully "forge on to Rome" (your career objectives).
- Reconfirm your career goals with clarity and confidence.
4. Career Search ACTION PLAN Elements- We assist you with the following:
- Develop stronger tools including a resume and the all important bio
- Create a 60-second “elevator pitch” so people can help you
- Develop a “target company” list and an “approach” strategy
- Develop your list of references and properly manage them
- Review the pros/cons of full-time employment vs. consulting

- Generally, keep you on plan
- Review and coach you on the Birkman Selling Module and Negotiating Module, Crossing Your Rubicon agreements, etc.
