"With individuals and executive teams, the goals are the same. Gain deeper insights into your true interests, understand how you "show up" to people, and fully understand the needs that drive you and the stress that can deflate you. With this knowledge turned into a tight, effective action plan, you will find career success as a professional and as an individual".
- Peter Engler
Peter Engler is a senior executive career consultant focused on helping college graduates and mid and late-career executives better identify their true interests and goals and create an ACTION PLAN that leads to a more successful and satisfying career.
Peter has over thirty years of senior marketing management experience at major advertising agencies in New York and San Francisco, ten years as a retained senior executive search partner, ten years of senior executive career coaching expertise at major firms and his own coaching and search consultancy, Engler Career Group, Inc.
His background also includes senior marketing leadership roles at Citibank. He led the successful communications program introducing ATM’s in the mid-80’s and innovated numerous investment products. Earlier, he drove the introduction of Ampex Magnetic Tape into the consumer market, and was VP Marketing at the first fully interactive television start-up, Interactive Network.
The major portion of his career involved senior positions at New York and San Francisco-based advertising agencies including FCB, Saatchi, and J. Peter continues his active engagements with his own career-coaching practice, working with executives of all ages.
