"With individuals and executive teams, the goals are the same. Gain deeper insights into your true interests, understand how you "show up" to people, and fully understand the needs that drive you and the stress that can deflate you. With this knowledge turned into a tight, effective action plan, you will find career success as a professional and as an individual".
